Senior Technician Immunology (Biotech)

This pioneer within the biotech is looking for a Senior Technician Immunology with extensive immunological experience. The group you will be part of is responsible for the development of various immunological assays (ELISA, ELISpot, cell based assays). As a Senior Technician Immunology you will be part of the development, validation and implementation of these newely developed assays and subsequently, you will be writing and updating the SOPs for these methodes too. Moreover, depending on your experience you are responsible for monitoring various ongoing activities as well.
Furthermore, you will perform other biomolecular laboratory techniqes as well, such as: cell culture, qPCR.

Currently this biotechnology company is rapidly growing and is looking for experienced personell to help them professionalise even further. They are working under strict qualilty guidelines (GLP)

For this job we are looking for a laboratory specialist with the following background:

• BASc or MSc degree in the field of biotechnology, life sciences or similar
• Several years of experience working as a Technician with immunological assays: ELISA, ELISpot, cell based assays (viral neutralization)
• Experience with method development and validating techniques is a plus
• Experience with and knowledge of GLP is a plus
• You are good in collaboration and interaction colleagues (of other departments)
• You have excellent command of English (verbal and written)
