Operator Physical Chemistry - 3 shifts

For this position, we are looking for an independent laboratory technician who enjoys being hands-on in a physical laboratory and is also interested in working with automated laboratory systems.

In this role, you will work together with your colleagues to register and pre-treat incoming samples. You will also perform various analyses, working with modern robotic systems, among other equipment.

You will ensure that these systems continue to operate efficiently and that all required chemicals and consumables are available. In addition, you will be responsible for accurately recording and documenting the results.

For this exciting position, we are looking for a laboratory technician with the following profile:

• (V)MBO-level education in chemistry, laboratory technology, all-round laboratory technician training, or a similar field
• Good technical understanding
• An interest in automated systems
• Willingness to work in a three-shift schedule, including night shifts
• Able to work independently and a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Good command of either Dutch or English

Employment conditions

• Long-term position
• 40 hours per week (three-shift schedule)
• Generous shift allowance of 25%
• Salary of €2,600–€2,800 per month, depending on experience
